The primary objective of the Programme is to undertake activities leading to the acquisition or enhancement qualifications or competencies in the following areas: teaching, digital, green transformation, entrepreneurship and commercialization of research results, and other substantive competencies by Jagiellonian University PhD students. Above all, it focuses on developing the teaching competencies of doctoral students, which is one of the key missions of Jagiellonian University as outlined in its strategic plan (Strategy 2030) and in the curricula adopted by Jagiellonian University Doctoral Schools.
The programme provides for four editions involving a total of 120 participants (a separate recruitment process will be conducted for each edition) and will include the following categories of activities:
- Training sessions conducted in English,
- 4-7 days study visits to universities within the list of the QS World University Rankings,
- 7-14-days foreign internships at universities within the list of the QS World University Rankings,
