23 September 2026, 12:00 p.m. – end of recruitment
By 01 October 2026 – decision of the Recruitment Committee on qualification for the Programme
By 08 October 2026 – submission of appeals against the decision of the Recruitment Committee
By 12 October 2026 – final list of accepted candidates
15 October 2026 – commencement of the first form of support: compulsory training, prior to the training, approval of the Declaration of Participation in the Programme (Appendix 2 to the Programme Participation Regulations) via the ZintegrUJ Recruitment Portal.
Recruitment Schedule for International and Domestic Mobility for the 2nd and 3rd Edition
31 August 2026, 10:00 a.m. – commencement of the recruitment process (continuous, competitive basis).
October 2026, 10:00 a.m. – end of the final round of recruitment (the final day to apply for mobility).
The possibility to undertake mobility under the 2nd Edition of the Programme will be available until 9 February 2027.
Applications are accepted until the 25th day of each month. Following this deadline, the ranking list is published.
The ranking list will be published once a month, on the last Friday of the month, provided that it is a working day. If the Friday falls on a non-working day, the list will be published on the next working day.
